Workspace MCP · last updated 10 September 2026
Workspace MCP is a private, self-hosted application operated by Tejas Shahasane for his own personal use. It is not offered to the public and has no users other than the operator.
What it accesses
With the operator's explicit Google consent, the application may access Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Tasks, Contacts, Chat and Apps Script data belonging to Google accounts that the operator personally owns and has authorised.
How data is handled
- Data is requested directly from Google's APIs by the operator's own server and used only to fulfil the operator's own requests.
- No Google user data is sold, rented, shared with third parties, or used for advertising, profiling, or training machine-learning models.
- Google data is not retained beyond what is needed to answer a request. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted on the operator's own machine so sessions persist between requests.
- The server listens only on loopback and is not exposed to the public internet.
Revoking access
Any authorisation granted to this application can be withdrawn at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access immediately invalidates the stored tokens.
Retention and deletion
Stored credentials are deleted when access is revoked or when the operator removes them from the server. There is no backup or archive of Google user data.
